Todd Vendituoli has been in the Building Construction Field since 1986. I am a builder who has actually built , remodeled, designed projects and more. Now not everyone that you meet on the internet has had that many years of actual hands on experience. I started out in Rhode Island and have worked on many projects in New England and now in the Bahamas.
My latest venture is into social media and how builder's can use it effectively to increase their authority and build better relationships and thus further their businesses. Using social media is a relatively new concept and many in the building trades have been slow to take it up due to lack of time, knowledge or perception concerning it. It has many benefits but needs to be approached correctly or you will be wasting your time and efforts with no results. The procedures and methods I subscribe to will benefit anyone that is in the field of construction and looking to set themselves apart as well as enhance their business in the future.
This applies to the any of the actual trades pursuing construction and any other suppliers that work with them. There are so many facets to the Construction Industry that all work together to make it what it is, from builders, plumbers, electricians, appliances, fixtures, suppliers, distributors.....and many many more.

I have a lot of construction-related friends that I've met via Social Media and I agree with you. When it comes time for me to work on my property, I will choose one of these friends because I trust them.
