Don't guess- Just ask

Have you wondered what products or services your customers would like to see from you? If you haven't I can't imagine why not unless you are just hoping and guessing. Or maybe you are using some other form of information such as market research, test groups or..... That's a great  route but why not add another more direct venue? Use social media and just ask them directly. Simple is usually the best approach in my experience.

So I'll start it out for you with the first question for you to post:

"What would you like to see from us?"

Broad, open ended and ready for almost anything. This could be products, services, ideas they have, areas that they think you need improvement in or who knows. You've opened a door to your house. Just make sure you follow through after the invite or the party will be a disaster. Follow through, comment, connect and do as you have said you were going to. Be the customer and think how they would feel if you told them something and then didn't follow through. Reverse your roles, be in their shoes and you'll be helping them and yourself.

I have tons of options when it comes to what I purchase. You aren't the only company that sells..... Don't think you are. So Make me want to buy from you!
